A healthy and tasty salmon fillet with steamed broccoli and roasted sweet potatoes.

Peel the sweet potatoes, dice them, and spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle with a little olive oil, salt and pepper, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.
Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper, and fry it in a pan with a little olive oil on both sides (about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness).
In the meantime, break the broccoli into florets and cook until tender in lightly salted water or steamed (about 5-7 minutes).
Serve the baked salmon with the broccoli and sweet potatoes, drizzled with lemon juice. Delicious!
