Stir in the diced carrots, celery, and zucchini. Get those veggies in!
Pour in the tomato puree and a little water, and season with basil and oregano.
Cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the sauce has thickened.
Serve on its own or with a small portion of cooked millet (to be calculated separately).
