Boil the soy sauce, sugar, grated garlic, and vinegar together for a few minutes. Let those flavors mingle!

Cut the cauliflower into walnut-sized pieces. Boil water, salt it, and parboil the cauliflower for four minutes. Drain and let cool. Kis Kukta says: This step helps ensure perfect tenderness!

Bread them in flour, egg, and starch, in that order. Fry in moderately hot oil until golden brown. Yum! Kukta AI tip: For extra crispiness, try a double dip in the starch!
