Wash the potatoes and bake them in their skins until soft (about 30-40 minutes in the oven).
Cut them in half.
Drain the water from the canned tuna.
Mix the tuna with a bit of mustard, lemon juice, and finely chopped green onions.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the inside of the potatoes, then pile on the tuna. Mmm, can you already taste it?
Add salt and pepper to taste.
