Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Dice the turkey thigh fillet into larger pieces.
Peel the sweet potato and cut into sticks.
Place the meat and potatoes in a baking bag or roasting pan.
Sprinkle with rosemary and salt, and drizzle with a little oil.
Toss everything together well.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes, until both the meat and potatoes are tender. Easy peasy, right?
