A breakfast with classic Hungarian flavors, but made with low-fat cottage cheese for a protein boost, and added walnuts for fats that are good for your gallbladder. Kis Kukta <3

Place the low-fat cottage cheese in a bowl and mash it well with a fork. It's so easy, anyone can do it!
Mix in the Greek yogurt to get a creamier texture. Dream big!
Add the finely chopped red onion, crushed garlic, paprika, and caraway seeds. You got this!
Toast the walnuts in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes, then roughly chop and mix into the cream (this provides healthy fats).
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with whole wheat bread and fresh cucumber or bell pepper – yum!
Divide into 4 containers for the next few days. Meal prep win!
