Rinse the lentils and put them in water to cook, seasoned with bay leaves.
When it's soft, take out a ladleful, blend it, and then pour it back in for thickening (we're thickening it with itself).
Season with mustard, salt, pepper, and sweetener/lemon juice to taste. Get creative with those seasonings!
Score the sausages and cook them in a little oil or in the air fryer. Easy peasy!
