An easily digestible dish prepared with lean turkey that is gentle on the stomach, but provides long-lasting satiety due to its protein content. The herbs add flavor even without salt.

Wash the turkey breast fillet thoroughly, pat it dry, and cut it into finger-thick strips.
In a bowl, mix the finely chopped thyme, rosemary, and a pinch of black pepper with the turkey strips. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
In a deeper frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the turkey strips and sauté until they turn white, then add the crushed garlic.
Sprinkle in the frozen green peas, and pour in a little water (about 0.5 dl).
Cover and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, until the meat is completely tender and the peas are cooked through.
At the end, remove the lid and boil off any excess moisture, so that it remains juicy.
When serving, you can sprinkle with fresh parsley. It is recommended to consume a small portion of brown rice or boiled potatoes as a side dish for carbohydrate as part of your diet.
