Sauté the finely chopped onion in olive oil until translucent.
Remove from the heat, sprinkle with sweet paprika, then pour in a little water.
Add the diced bell pepper and tomato, and cook the base for 10 minutes.
Add the cod cut into thicker slices and steam until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
Stir in the yogurt (don't let it boil!), and serve with the boiled sweet potato. Yum!
