Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.

Cook the whole wheat noodles according to the package, then drain.

Throw in the veggies, stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until they're crispy.
Pour in the soy sauce, mix it all together with the noodles.
Give it a taste, add salt and pepper if needed.
