Press the tofu with paper towels, then cut into cubes.
Heat the sesame oil in a pan.
Fry the tofu on all sides until golden brown.
Toss in the broccoli florets and the chopped carrot sticks.
Add a splash of water, cover, and steam for 5 minutes.
Flavor it up with soy sauce and ginger!
