Baked cod with roasted zucchini sprouts.

1. Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper, and fry them in 1 tablespoon of grapeseed oil on both sides for 2-3 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 12-15 minutes.
2. Cut the zucchini into strips (zoodles), mix with a little grapeseed oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, then sauté quickly in a pan for 5-7 minutes.
3. Cook the roasted rice (rye) in a pan with a little water for 10 minutes, then air it out halfway.
4. Place the baked cod on a plate, along with the zucchini sprouts and grilled side dish.
5. Garnish with a fresh lemon slice and serve. Enjoy!
