Slice the peppers, tomatoes, and onions.
In a saucepan, sauté the onions in 1 tablespoon of oil until translucent, then add the peppers and tomatoes.
Cook the ratatouille until soft (about 20 minutes). You're gonna love it!
In the meantime, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and fry them in a pan with the remaining oil.
Serve the fried chicken breast with the lecsó and a slice of brown bread for dipping. Yum!
