In a saucepan, sauté the onions in 1 tablespoon of oil until translucent, then add the peppers and tomatoes.

In the meantime, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and fry them in a pan with the remaining oil.
Serve the fried chicken breast with the lecsó and a slice of brown bread for dipping. Yum!
