Simple yet delicious Rizses Hús (Rice and Meat), made with ground meat and tomato sauce.

Chop the onion and crush the garlic. Easy peasy!
In a large skillet, heat some oil, sauté the onion until it's translucent, then add the garlic. Keep it sizzling!
Add the ground meat and cook until it turns white, breaking it up as you go. You got this!
Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Get everything coated nicely!
Add the rice, sauté for another 1-2 minutes, then pour in the tomato purée and water/stock. This is where the magic happens!
Stir, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and has absorbed all the liquid. You're almost there!
Stir occasionally, and if necessary, add more water. Keep an eye on it!
Before serving, let it rest for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy every bite!
