Cook the peas in just enough water to cover them, add salt and a pinch of sweetener. Easy peasy!
Once the peas are soft, remove half of them and blend until smooth. Voila!
Pour the puree back into the pot to thicken the stew (without flour). Check you out, making magic!
Mix in the milk and bring to a boil.
Score the sausages and fry them in a pan with a little oil. Go on, sizzle those sausages!
