Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, then cook in salted water until tender.
Slice the chicken breast, season with salt and pepper. You can add other spices, too!
In a pan with a little oil, fry the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side. Easy peasy!
Drain the potatoes and toss them with the chopped parsley.
Serve the meat with the potatoes, and enjoy!
