Classic Caesar salad with grilled chicken breast, perfect for a fresh and filling lunch.

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then grill in a grill pan or bake in the oven. Let it cool, then cut into strips.
Wash the romaine lettuce, separate the leaves, and chop them up.
Toast the bread cubes in olive oil until golden brown and crispy.
Let's make the Caesar dressing: mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
In a large bowl, toss the lettuce with the dressing. Just get your hands in there!
Add the grilled chicken and toasted croutons. Yum!
Sprinkle with extra Parmesan, because why not?, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
