Slice the chicken breasts, then add salt and pepper to taste.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Stir in the sour cream, shredded cheese, mustard, salt, and pepper. Heat over low heat, but don't boil.
Return the chicken breasts to the sauce and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is completely cooked through and the sauce has thickened. You're almost there!
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with rice or pasta. Yummy!
