



Cut the kohlrabi into fries, toss in a bowl with olive oil and garam masala or tandoori masala curry spice mix (essentially cumin, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper and nutmeg).
Place the cevapcici rolls and kohlrabi fries on parchment paper in an air fryer or oven.
Roast until thoroughly cooked.
For the cevapcici, feel free to use a store-bought pre-made version, which typically contains a mix of pork and beef with plenty of spices.
Optionally serve with 2 tbsp of ajvar on the side.
