Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Core the apples, but leave the bottom intact – we don't want the filling running out!
Fill the middles with the coarsely chopped walnuts. Yum!
Bake the apples in a baking tray for about 15-20 minutes, until they soften up.
Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with cinnamon and a tiny bit of sweetener (if needed, but the apple is sweet enough anyway).
Serve the warm apple with the cold cinnamon yogurt. How cool is that?
