Soak the lentils (if not canned), then cook them in salted water seasoned with bay leaf.

Make a light roux with a little oil and whole wheat flour, add paprika and crushed garlic. You got this!

Thicken the lentils with it, season with mustard, vinegar and sweetener to taste. Yum!

Meanwhile, slice the chicken breast, salt, pepper, and fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. Almost there!

Serve the stew with the baked chicken breast. Enjoy!
