Nutrista Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Nutrista Affiliate Program (the "Program") is open to active Nutrista client and dietitian accounts in good standing only. Retailer accounts are not eligible.

You must accept these Terms to receive a referral code. When joining, you choose your own referral code (4–12 characters, letters and numbers), which provides a unique discount to others and may generate commission for you.

2. Commissions & Calculation

2.1 Qualifying Revenue

Commission is earned only on paid Nutrista Premium subscription invoices referred by you. Different commission rates may apply to first subscriptions versus renewals.

2.2 Current Commission Rates

Valid commission rates are published on the Program landing page and in your partner dashboard. Nutrista reserves the right to modify commission rates with prior notice.

2.3 Exclusions

No commission is earned:

on your own subscriptions ("self-referral");
on subscriptions where you are the referred party;
in case of chargeback, suspected fraud, or terms violation – retroactively voided.

3. Payouts & Taxation

3.1 Payment Method

Commissions are transferred via the Stripe Connect system to your verified Stripe account. Payout requires that the referred payment be confirmed and the 30-day chargeback period has elapsed.

3.2 Taxes & Reporting

You are solely responsible for paying taxes, filing reports, and complying with local laws (including GDPR and tax regulations) on your commission earnings. Nutrista is not a tax advisor; please seek professional advice if needed.

4. Acceptable Conduct (Fair Use)

4.1 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

make misleading claims about Nutrista services;
send spam or unsolicited advertising;
impersonate Nutrista representatives or dietitians;
bid on Nutrista trademarks as paid search keywords without written permission.

4.2 Sanctions

In case of fraud, chargeback, self-referral, or violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to:

suspend or delete your referral code;
withhold or claw back pending commission payouts;
remove you from the Program.

5. Termination & Modification

5.1 Changes

Nutrista may modify or terminate the Program at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or the partner dashboard. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

5.2 Termination by You

You may leave the Program at any time without cause via the partner dashboard. Upon exit, already earned but unpaid commissions remain subject to the rules in Section 3.1.

6. Data Processing

Personal data processed during the Program is governed by the Nutrista Privacy Policy. Referral activity statistics (clicks, conversions) are recorded technically for commission calculation purposes.

This Hungarian-language version was prepared concurrently with the English version. In case of interpretation differences, the Hungarian version prevails under Hungarian jurisdiction.
